Our Consultants


Our team of contract consultants brings to the table 50+ years of combined experience serving the hospitality and foodservice industries. They are based both out of our Indianapolis headquarters and our contract branch in North Carolina, and travel wherever there are foodservice opportunities.

The team is led by Senior National Contract Manager Scott Bullock who has worn many hats throughout his industry tenure, which first began in 1988. Bullock started as a draftsman at a small family-owned company, and progressed into the roles of estimator, director of operations, general manager, and contract manager. Most of his experience has revolved around designing and building new commercial foodservice construction.

Central’s Indianapolis headquarters, with more than fifty onsite product experts, helps support our North Carolina team and all our customers.
