The Admiral Craft PW-120/C is a full size, non-insulated proofer cabinet. The cabinet does not have heat and is intended for proofing foods. The non-corrosive aluminum construction and 5" heavy duty swivel casters with brakes makes it easy to use in any commercial kitchen. (36) 18"x26" pans can be held in the unit and the clear lexon door with aluminum frame makes it easy to see product. The unit shipped knocked down - assembly is required.This is the proofer cabinet only and does not have heat. Pair with the Admiral Craft PW-120H Control Drawer for heat (#725-E20).
