What's the difference between a stationary and a drop down tray slide?

Drop down tray slides better enable flexible, designed to work with the food table unit in multiple ways, including self-serve, full-service, and back-of-house. Because the tray drops down reducing the width of the overall unit, it's easier to transport with the unit from room to room and fit between doorways.

Stationary trays, on the other hand, don't move once they're installed. They are traditionally less expensive than their drop down counterparts but offer less flexibility.
