Product details

Offering the option of cooking a wide range of food items, this Alto-Shaam CTP6-10G Combitherm Proformance Combi Oven and Steamer is a highly-efficient unit that runs on gas. The boiler-free equipment is a 7 pan combi oven featuring a combination setting that lets users thoroughly cook the food at faster speeds than it does at steam or convection setting alone. Manufactured in compliance with Alto-Shaam's CT Proformance standards, the unit has intuitive Protouch touch-screen controls to make it easy for the users to make adjustments to the cooking conditions.

It is designed to be used for cooking vegetables, meats, and many other dishes at fast speeds. For better clarity on the control panel messages, the readout panel is equipped to display messages in different languages. It has an on-board memory that can easily store and organize hundreds of recipes that can be customized. For accurate relaying of the interior temperature, the oven has a removable core temperature probe. With three power modes, users can conserve energy during off-hours. The moisture injection feature makes sure that baked foods have a fine sheen and crust on them. Moreover, the Delta-T feature is there to let users cook food at lower temperatures for long hours.

To maintain top-class sanitary conditions, Alto-Shaam CTP6-10G has the CombiClean Plus automated cleaning system. There is a PROrinse retractable hand shower to give users manual control over moisture and water while the built-in SafeVent system manages to automatically disperse build-up steam when the cooking process ends. The LED lighting on the unit properly illuminates the interior for easy monitoring of food items and easy loading and unloading. The self-draining drip tray prevents accumulation of grease and run-off elements while cooking. Made entirely of stainless steel, the exterior of the oven ensures maximum durability and is easy to clean. The CoolTouch3 triple pane window on the door gives a clear view of food kept inside the cavity and keeps the interior properly insulated.
