The Alto-Shaam VMC-F3E is a Vector Series Electric Multi-Cook Oven. The oven offers the flexibility to control temperature, fan speed and time in multiple, independent oven chambers. The three chambers are operated by a programmable, touchscreen with the ability to upload and download recipes via an USB port. Double-pane glass door contains heat while also allowing visibility of the product while it cooks. The capacity of the oven is 3 full-size sheet pans (18"x26"x1"), 6 full-size hotel pans (203/4"x123/4"x4") or 6 half-size sheet pans (18"x13"x1").Main Features:
