The Alto-Shaam VMC-H4 is an Electric Vector H Series Multi-Cook Oven. The oven features four independent chambers with the ability to control the temperature, fan speed and time separately in each. With exclusive Structured Air Technology, heated is delivered with focused, high-velocity for faster, more even cooking than is offered by traditional ovens. With a small footprint and ventless operation, the oven can be placed anywhere! The multi-cook oven features programmable, touchscreen controls and easy recipe upload/download via USB port.
