The Arctic Air 65300K is an optional glass sneeze guard for the ACP55 countertop prep unit. This guard helps protect your stored product from contaminants on the front, top and sides, allowing access to the stored pans from the rear. This package includes 4 pieces of glass and the hardware required to assemble and attach to your equipment. It is ideal for use at front-of-house or where customers have access to the contents of the prep unit. The Arctic Air ACP55 is compatible only with Central Restaurant's #081-049 prep unit.
