Berkel B12-SLC Manual Gravity Feed Slicer - 12" Blade

The Berkel B12-SLC Manual Gravity Feed Slicer is designed to quickly process oversized meats and cheeses in commercial kitchens and delis. The slicer has a durable anodized aluminum construction with a stainless steel finish for corrosion-resistance and easy maintenance. It features a 12" hollow-ground, chromium-plated carbon steel knife that creates slices up to 9/16" thick. A built-in two stone sharpener is mounted at the top to keep the blade sharp and ready to use. The non-slicing part of the knife is protected by a ring guard that provides plenty of cleaning area behind the knife even when the center plate and sharpener are removed.

The Berkel B12-SLC Manual Gravity Feed Slicer also has a compact, space-saving design and is exceptionally easy to use. All the slicer's parts can be quickly dissembled without tools for routine cleaning. The unit features a moisture-resistant, rotary on/off switch and power indicator light for hassle-free operation, as well.
