The Beverage-Air HFPS2-1S Reach-In Freezer is a highly efficient commercial kitchen unit, best for food preservation. Its exterior front is made of stainless steel and has gray painted sides. Its interior is made of durable aluminum and has coved corners, which make cleaning dirt and debris easier. Using 2" thick polyurethane insulation, the entire structure is foamed-in-place to retain maximum temperature. The freezer is fitted with an electric thermostat that has the manual defrost button that helps ensure ideal storage conditions. A digital display button is there to provide easy to view temperature levels in the interior. The digital display has status indicators and a keypad to make any necessary adjustments in the temperature levels.
HFPS2-1S can easily maintain temperature levels as low as -10°F. Its unique downdraft airflow mechanism ensures uniform distribution of air throughout the cabinet. The refrigeration system uses the environmentally-friendly, CFC- and HCFC-free R290 refrigerant. To maximize its storage capacity, the refrigeration system mounted on top of the unit with the evaporator positioned out of the food zone. Time-initiated and temperature-terminated, the defrost system on this unit is fully automatic. Moreover, an automatic evaporator system ensures high energy efficiency. This freezer is available in solid-door and half-solid door configuration. The field reversible doors have cam lift hinges installed on them as a standard feature.

Users can easily remove the plug-in magnetic door gaskets for cleaning purposes without using any tools.
