The Blodgett 1048 is constructed with a stainless steel front, sides and back with a full angle iron frame that will withstand the abuse of a high-volume commercial pizzeria. The spring assist door features concealed hinges for a clean look that is easy to open and close. The interior measures 47-1/4"Wx36"Dx10"H to easily fit multiple pizzas at a time. An aluminzed steel baking compartment liner helps to retain and reflect heat to speed up baking times. The two free-floating duplex-tube burners are easy to remove for cleaning purposes. Carefully control temperatures with the snap throttle thermostat with temperature ranges from 300° to 650°F. The oven is vented from the back center of the oven for even bake and airflow. 6" clearance is required.
