The double deck gas pizza oven has two independently operated cavities to cook completely different items at the same time with a temperature range of 300°F to 650°F. The oven is made with a stainless steel front, top, sides, and back and a full angle iron frame for increased durability. The heavy chrome plated tubular steel door handles are easy to operate with the help of the spring assist doors. In addition, the burner door opens easily for ignition, cleaning or adjustments. Each cavity has an oven interior of 60"x36"x10" for ample room to bake a variety of items. The interior is fulled insulated and lined with an aluminized steel to assist in retaining heat.The double deck oven features two free-floating, easily removable duplex-tube burners. The snap throttle thermostat is easily adjustable from 300°F to 650°F. Bake directly on the Quick Heat Technology Rokite stone deck to aid in even heat transfer and moisture absorption to create a crispier crust!
