Offering a highly-efficient and cost-effective solution to cooking, the Blodgett Zephaire 100-E Double Deck Standard Depth Electric Convection Oven is specifically designed for cooking ribs, braised steaks, bread, and chicken. Boasting a sturdy iron frame with a stainless steel top, the unit ensures maximum durability and long-lasting performance. The highly efficient mechanism ensures twice the production capacity in the same footprint as a single deck unit. The solid-state controls on the unit feature an electro-mechanical 60-minute timer that allows easy adjustment and monitoring of food items. This convection oven efficiently recirculates heated air through its interior compartment with the help of the powerful 1/2 HP blower motor, helping reduce the energy consumption and enhancing efficiency.

The powder-coated handles provide a comfortable grip while opening and closing the doors. All doors are tightly secured to the frame with the help of a triple-mounted pressure lock design. The five chrome-plated racks can be easily configured into 11 rack positions and have a spacing of 1-5/8" to ensure maximum productivity. Blodgett Zephaire 100-E has the capacity to hold up to five 18"x26" standard full-size baking pans on every deck. Users can easily clean the unit, thanks to the 14 gauge double-sided porcelainized liner on the baking compartment.

There are 2 oven lamps installed on the interior to allow users to check their product without opening the doors. Each compartment features three tubular heaters that are controlled by a solid-state thermostat offering users a temperature adjustment range from 200°F to 500°F.
