The Cadco CBC-GG-4-L1 is a grab & go cart designed to hold, display, and sell meals on the go. This 4-bay MobilServ® cart is ideal for concession stands, catering events, and buffets to offer multiple dishes to the customers and change locations whenever required. The 57" high stand is also suitable to serve meals at the school cafeteria. This model has a stainless steel construction for a durable and reliable performance. The chestnut laminated panels protect the cart from damages, dents, and scratches. Both sides of the unit have safety shield that can be removed at the time of cleaning.
This commercial food cart includes (4) full-size pan holders with (8) 2-1/2" deep steam pans to keep a variety of food items warm and ready to serve. These pans are covered with (4) clear rolltop lids for easy food access without allowing heat to escape. These lids are made of Eastman Tritan™ copolyester and have metal hinges to prevent corrosion. Each hot bay stays warm as the temperature is maintained between 155°F and 205°F using independent heat control knobs.
This merchandising cart includes merchandizing shelves at the top for easy food access from either side. The unit has a flip-up shelf to place billing machine, menu cards, and other essential supplies. It also includes locking doors at the back with food controls and (2) adjustable shelves to safely store items like utensils, cutlery, napkins, and sauce bottles.
