Once it is frozen overnight, the Camchiller® chiller plate can be conveniently slid into the insulated Cambro carrier to keep food items chilled at 41°F for as long as 8 hours. The chiller plate can be stored and carried easily, thus offering safe cold food handling option during transportation. This NSF listed Camchiller® is dishwasher safe.
