The Carlisle 10316U07 Sixth Size Universal Flat Lid is made of Polycarbonate for durability. This lid resists food acids and oils to prevent staining. Universal Flat Lids are designed for low to mid temperature applications. Ideal for use in chilled/frozen storage and non high temperature holding applications. Universal lids are designed to work with all major food pan brands. Polycarbonate (PC) is resistant to staining, breaking and chipping, but is sometimes weakened by repeated cycles in a dishwasher and stress cracks are one of the indicators of this. Polycarbonate may be considered dishwasher safe but damage resulting from washing may vary depending on temperature and location in dishwasher.Product Features:
