The Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-2712-SD-L 27"W Prep Table boasts plenty of storage space thanks to its mega-top design, which holds 12 sixth-size pans. It also includes an 8"Dx3/4" full-length cutting board, which is NSF approved and removable for easy cleaning.
