The humidity of proof mode ranges between 30 to 100 percentage, keeping the food safe and making the cabinet energy efficient. The insulated unit works on the heat mode with 80 to 185-degree Fahrenheit.
The Central exclusive insulated cabinet is divided into two counters for easy storage and maintenance. The lower counter can hold (12) sheet pans whereas rest of them can be placed on the above one. There is a magnetic sealer gasket that ensures a tight closure for maximum protection of food. The LED display of the cabinet gives its user complete visibility even if it is dim outside.
