This Cleveland SET10-240V1PH Countertop Electric Tilt Skillet offers a 10-gallon capacity and has a rectangular pan with sloped sides. The entire structure of the skillet is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel material. It features a heating element that is cast integrally into 1.25" thick aluminum blocks that have been securely camped to the underside of the cooking surface. This is done to help in the even distribution of heat and energy with the highest level of efficiency in rapid heating. Cleveland SET10 has a stainless steel cooking surface that is structurally braced to prevent warping.
