The Southbend 4601DD-2RR Commercial Gas Range is a combination of 2 Standard Ovens, 6 Open Top Burners, and a Raised Griddle/Broiler; making it a versatile piece of kitchen equipment. Available in LP or natural gas, this unit gives you a range, oven, griddle and broiler all in one unit. Underneath the griddle, there is a broiler built-in to give finishing touches to the food. The oven top burners use 24,000 BTU (when LP gas is used) and 33,000 BTU (when natural gas is used). Featuring a non-clogging, dual-tube design; these burners promise durability and maximum output. The 12"x12" removable cast-iron grates can easily accommodate a 14" stock pot. At the bottom of burners, there is a removable dripping tray for collecting food debris and particles.
Vulcan's 2 bottom-mounted, standard ovens have a stainless steel construction with enameled porcelain interior for a smooth appearance and easy cleaning purposes. Coved corners inside the oven ensure the safety of users. Each oven comes with a rack and 2 non-removable, position rack guides for cooking food in large batches. For uniform cooking, these ovens have an individual thermostat with temperature ranging from 250°F to 500°F.
24" raised griddle/broiler features manual controls for controlling the heat. This unit also provides its users with plenty of space to grill and brown-up food. With a removable grease pan, it is easy to collect dripping oil and grease from food without messing up the equipment. For maximum support and stability in the kitchen space, this commercial range has 6" stainless steel legs.
