The Convotherm C4 ET 6.20EB is an Electric combi oven made of stainless steel construction. The oven has three operating modes: steam, combi-steam, and hot air with extra functions including Crisp&Tasty, HumidityPro, and Controllable fan. Holds (6) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (12) 12" x 20" x 2.5" steam table pans. 7 slide rails. EasyTouch model features a 9" full touch screen. The steamer model is steam generated by high performance boiler outside the cooking chamber. Right hinged door with door handle that features a safety latch and slam function. Multi-point core temperature probe to ensure safe food temperatures as well as preheat and cool down functionality to increase efficiency. The oven also features fully-automatic cleaning with regular and express modes with optional single dose dispensing. Data storage for HACCP and pasteurization figures.
