This boilerless Convotherm C4 ED 10.20GS Gas Combi Oven is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and has three operating modes - Steam, Combi-Steam, and Hot Air. There are extra options that include Crisp & Tasty, Humidity Pro, and Controllable fan. The unit can hold 10 18" x 26" sheet pans or two 12" x 20" x 2.5" steam table pans. Its EasyDial technology features a central control unit, a digital display, and offers 99 cooking profiles. For efficient operation, its boilerless construction utilizes steam that is generated by injecting water into the cooking chamber.
Convotherm C4 ED 10.20GS has a right hinged door with a door handle that has a safety latch and slam function to keep the functionality longer. To ensure accurate temperatures for food safety, the unit has a multi-point core temperature probe installed in it. Also, the preheat and cool down functionality is there to increase the cooking efficiency of this unit. For ease of maintenance, the oven features a semi-automatic cleaning mechanism. It effectively stores the HACCP and pasteurization data which can be extracted through the USB port integrated into the control panel.
Convotherm C4 ED 10.20GS Gas Combi Oven requires 2" clearance on each side for appropriate breathing space. It is available in both natural gas and LP options. For users to be aware of the current operating status, the oven has a tricolor indicator ring. It has overall dimensions of 467/8" W x 435/8" H x 415/8" D.
