The Delfield D4448RP drawered pizza prep table features a patented low velocity air screen that provides consistent pan temperatures without drying out the product. This raised rail pizza prep table is 100% front breathing, allowing the unit to be pushed up against a wall or built into a cabinet or existing line-up. Dual level pan brackets allow the pans to be lowered an additional inch in the unit without tools to provide additional pan temperature holding performance.
This drawered prep table includes (4) drawers. Each top drawer holds one full-size 12"x20" pan and three 1/9 size pans 4" to 6" deep. Each bottom drawer holds one full size 12"x20" pan and three 1/9 size pans 4" deep. Pans for drawers not included. The Delfield D4448RP comes standard with a 17"W, dishwasher safe polyethylene cutting board, providing plenty of room to fit your pizza for adding ingredients. The raised rail accommodates (6) third-size pans (included), but can also hold fractional pans using adapter bars.
