The Cube Max-S3 filtration system is a three-stage filtration system that improves efficiency while reducing service calls and downtime associated with scale buildup and corrosion damage in commercial ice machines. The unit consists of two 3/8-inch NPT Lead Free brass ball valves, flush kit for easy installation and maintenance, and high-strength polypropylene filter housings mounted on a powder-coated steel bracket. The water pressure gauges on the inlet and outlet port show the pressure drop across the unit to help determine when the filter cartridge needs to be replaced. Stage one features one 10-inch 5-micron sediment filter for reducing sand, silt, sediment and rust. Stage two is one 10-inch coconut shell carbon block filter for reducing chlorine taste and odor. Stage three includes the OneFlow anti-scale media for scale control.
