The Doyon PIZ6 Electric Pizza Oven is used for quick baking and pre-heating food. Its high production capacity and ability to cook par-baked and fresh dough makes this oven a must-have for pizzerias, cafes, bistros, and dine-ins. This compact, multi-purpose oven can also be used for cooking and baking different products and does not take up a lot of counter space. Doyon pizza oven comes with Jet Air baking technology that uses reversing fan system for uniform baking. The oven has to be preheated for 15 to 20 minutes before cooking. Temperature of the pizza oven reaches up to 600°F and takes 5 to 6 minutes to bake crisp pizzas at 500°F. This oven can produce (60) 18" pizzas, (180) 9" pizzas and (240) 6" pizzas, making it ideal for high volume cooking. The digital timer is used to remind the operator when pizza is fully prepared.
