The cold food buffet unit features a 5" deep ice cooled stainless steel cold pan liner, sloping to 1" brass drain with plug. The 19-7/8"W cold pan is fully insulated and keeps the contents chilled.

The construction includes a one-piece, clear plexi-glass canopy with black powder-coated steel brackets for outstanding protection against airborne bacteria. It features a powder-coated finish enclosed base with sliding doors that open to reveal additional storage space for stocking ingredients and other supplies. The base is complete with 5" NSF-approved black casters, two with brakes, for easy maneuvering within the facility even during those peak hours.
