Duke EP305 Aerohot Electric Hot Food Table is the perfect utility for buffets and catered events. You can heat and serve food at safe temperatures using this single food table not only to save time but also cost. It keeps your food hot and ready to serve without consuming a lot of energy. The stainless steel construction provides durability and helps you clean it up easily. Its five (5) wells are designed to organize different dishes together so that diners can choose! There are five (5) independent infinite switches to control the heat intensity of each well. Each compartment comes with 8" galvanized lining and 1" fiberglass insulation for heat retention. This model comes with a poly cutting board, attached using die-stamped brackets and a support shelf that provides you with a strong preparation surface. The temperature of this aerohot electric table is adjustable up to 180°F. This open base unit comes with an undershelf to arrange kitchenware and dirty dishes for your convenience.
The electric table is pre-wired to operate using AC current in a 208V or 240V, single phase electrical configuration (select voltage from dropdown). There is a 750-watt, dome-shaped, exposed element for every compartment to ensure efficiency and proper functioning. The unit comes with 430 series stainless steel tubular legs for stability with 5" casters for convenient mobility. It is permanently wired and comes with 6' cord and plug set.
