The Edlund Wedge Pusher is designed to help make easy work of using your Edlund Max-Cut Manual Dicer. This wedge pusher snaps with the Edlund six or eight-wedge blade cartridges to help push slices through the blades. Select from six or eight-section wedger pushers from the dropdown menu. These pushers are made of NSF plastic to help keep operators safe while using a manual dicer. Quickly change between pushers for efficient cutting of potatoes, tomatoes, and other fruits and vegetables.
