This slicer is made with Globe's patented anodized aluminum construction for quick and easy cleaning. The 1/2 HP continuous use knife motor delivers optimum power. A patent-pending indexing system allows for accurate slice thickness adjustment up to 11/8". Accommodate large products like prosciutto, mortadella, or bacon with the tilting carriage. A top-mounted, removable grit stone sharpener uses durable synthetic diamond surfaces to quickly and easily sharpen the knife. The patent-pending graphic user interface features Clear-Text LCD display that provides operator messages, diagnostics, and system information. A lift lever allows for easy cleaning underneath this unit.
