The Groen HY-3E is an electric countertop pressureless steamer with countless food preparation applications for the commerical kitchen including pasta, rice, meats and vegetables as well as prepared and frozen foods. This unit is constructed of stainless steel and features a self-contained rear-mounted steam generator. A hidden magnetic door switch cuts power to the blower and generator when the door is opened as an extra safety precaution. The heat-up time to READY is 8-10 minutes or less under normal conditions.
