The Hatco GRBW-48 is a buffet food warmer designed to keep food at serving temperature at buffets, self-service areas, and temporary pop-up stands. It is powered with 2,040 Watts of heating to ensure continuous and consistent heating. The unit has 12 gallon or (3) full-sized pan capacity, easily accommodating large quantities of food.This buffet food warmer has signature Glo-Ray warming technology with pre-focused infrared top heating system that directs heat towards the outer edges of the holding surface. Its outer edges are more prone to losing heat which ensures uniformity in food temperature. Its front and side enclosures are made of sturdy acrylic. The sneeze guard protects the food from germs. The heating element is top-mounted to keep food items at safe serving temperatures.The food warmer has a thermostatically controlled heated base that helps increase the temperature holding time of the unit.
