The Hobart HS7N Automatic Heavy-Duty 13" Slicer also features a tilting, removable carriage system that allows for easy mid-day cleaning. The carriage system is also removable for complete cleaning and sanitation. A gas-assisted leg helps the operator easily lift the slicer for cleaning underneath the machine, and a burnished aluminum base has fewer cracks and bolt holes where bacteria can grow.
