The Hobart VS9-12 is a 9" vegetable slicer designed to help users efficiently slice ingredients and carry out their kitchen tasks quickly. This slicer attachment fits Hobart Legacy planetary mixers and features an adjustable slicing plate, hopper front, and #12 back case. It is hinged from one side and can be easily removed or swung to the other side at the time of cleaning. The stainless steel scimitar knives attached to the slicer ensure precise cutting with clean and uniform slices.
