Adjustable Slicer Plate Sold Separately
The Hobart VS9-13 vegetable slicer attachment is designed for Hobart Legacy planetary mixer. It can be used with the optional adjustable slicing plate for slicing vegetables (sold separately). This attachment is hinged from one side and comes with a hopper front and #12 back case for user-friendly operation. The hopper can be swung or removed for cleaning or changing of the plate.
