The two (2) drawers at bottom can easily accommodate (2.5) 12"x20"x6" pans. These stainless steel drawers come with flush mount handles constructed from extruded aluminum for easy maintenance. Magnetic gaskets are easily removable at the time of cleaning. For easy removal of pans, there are finger cut-outs on the drawers. To ensure long-lasting and strong performance, this unit has a stainless steel exterior and interior. Both cabinet and drawers are foamed-in-place with 2" CFC-free polyurethane insulation to retain cold air inside and maintain temperature from 28°F to 45°F. Hoshizaki's refrigerated chef base is dependent on 1/5 hp compressor motor which ensures uniform air distribution throughout the cabinet. Protecting the food items from high heat, this unit features a ceramic heat shield on 16-gauge stainless steel top.
