The IKON ISP48 sandwich/salad prep table is a dependable solution for making fresh sandwiches and salads on demand. This 48"W standard size prep unit holds (12) sixth-size pans, providing plenty of topping options for quick and easy access.The exterior is made from 430 stainless steel on the top, front and sides, making it durable and easy-to-clean. Two self-closing doors remain open at 90 degrees, allowing hands-free access to additional ingredients. The IKON sandwich table includes an 11.4"D polyethylene cutting board for an easy work surface while prepping sandwiches or salads.
