The Duke Economy 418-2430 is a heavy-duty kitchen work table for restaurants, hotels, bakeries or cafeterias to add more prep and storage space. It is a perfect addition to the kitchen with medium to high space to store items up to 600 lbs. The model boasta a sturdy construction to ensure a long service life and easy maintenance. It has top, bull nose, front, and rear made of durable 400 series stainless steel. The unit can be ordered with either a flat top surface or with 1/1-8" backsplash.This kitchen work table comes with a galvanized steel undershelf with reinforced casting and die-formed corners. The kitchen staff can conveniently organize scales, storage boxes, cutting boards and other small items on it. This undershelf has set screws to lock it in place. The unit comes with (2) galvanized steel hat channels to provide sufficient space to mount a drawer. Channels and underside of the top are cushioned together with vinyl for a noise-free operation.This kitchen work table has (4) heavy-gauge galvanized steel tubular legs with 1-5/8" diameter to withstand the daily rigors of commercial kitchen. The galvanized legs have non-marking and non-corrosive plastic bullet feet attached to the tip. The adjustable feet are perfect for uneven surfaces and allow easy access to the area underneath the table for easy cleaning. The galvanized leg sockets are welded to hat channels for added support. The unit is shipped knocked down for easy and quick installation. The unit would be NSF listed if the shelf is placed at least 6" from the floor.
