Perfect for bakeries or large operation kitchens, the Lakeside 848 dries up to 240 trays and pans at a time! The sheet pan drying rack is constructed of rugged all-welded frame of stainless steel square tubing with solid stainless steel tray shelves. The unit features three shelves, each measuring 63"x26" that feature channel slides with 1¹⁄₂" spacing. The unit accommodates up to (120) 18"x26" or (240) 14"x18" trays or pans. Shelves include a pan-stop ledge to prevent pans from sliding off of the back side. Easily movable on 5" non-marking swivel casters (two with brake). Overall measures 63"Wx26"Dx58"H. 305 lbs.
