The Larkin Industries EO Commercial Range Exhaust Hood is designed for creating proper ventilation in a commercial kitchen setting. This standard straight exhaust type unit allows make-up air to be introduced through the optional front perforated supply plenum (FPSP) or Back Return plenum (BR). The hood is made of type 430 stainless steel that is finished with #3 or #4 polish. Its double-wall construction has the joints and seams welded and sealed liquid-tight, to conform to the NFPA 96 Standard. The corners of the hood are trimmed to give it a straight, crisp appearance that is free of warps. The 12-gauge hanging brackets on the unit are located on each corner.
It has UL classified grease filters that are non-clogging and baffle type. The filter size and quantity extends to the full length of the hood and can be easily removed for cleaning purposes. This unit drains into a removable grease trough that can be transferred to a removable grease container for easy cleaning. Incandescent lights on the hood are installed at 3" intervals and are UL listed for use in exhaust hoods. The lights allow a standard 100 Watts bulb. This model has a 3/4" welding flange for easy field connection.
