The Lockwood CA67-PFIN-34CD-R Insulated Economy Proof/Hold is a highly efficient and mobile unit that has an extruded aluminum screwed and welded frame. It has a 118" clear polycarbonate panel and a magnetic latch handle screwed into the door frame. The hinges allow the doors to be opened at an angle of 180° making it easier for users to load and unload large pans and pots. The one-piece 0.125" aluminum top and inner back panel are welded to the base to give the holder durability and make it light enough to be maneuvered with ease. Temperature can be easily adjusted to approximately 180°F, while the easy-to-use heat unit has separate temperature and humidity level adjustment controls.
