Filter used oil for frying food later on with the MirOil MOD1050 Fryer Filter Machine and Discard Trolley. This oversized electric trolley is compatible with fryers having an oil capacity of up to 105 lb. Easy to operate, the user has to simply open the drain valve of fryer to take out the used oil through the fryer oil filter bag and insert the same into discard trolley of the filter machine. As soon as this is done, the user just needs to flip the switch to pump oil back into the fryer so that it can be used for frying a fresh batch.
