The HatcoPowermitePMG-100 Gas Booster Water Heater offers4.7 galwater storage capacity which makes it suitable to be used in commercial applications. Offering 105,000 BTU of heating capacity, the water heater can operate either on propane gas or natural gas. It features a burner system that helps users utilize both primary and secondary air for consistent ignition. The unit is designed to be used with 2-tank conveyor machines. It has an output that is equivalent to approximately 24 kW. This water heater can heat around 241 gal of water per hour at 40°F.It has stainless steel tanks, front, and top. The sides and back are powder coated. It can hold water temperatures between 110°Fto 180°F. The tanks are designed to handle a working pressure of 150 psi and are hydrostatically tested at 300 psi. A finned tube copper heat exchanger ensures effective heating along with the three (3) tube type burners. The unit features a spark mechanism with the standing pilot for efficient ignition. The temperature/pressure relief valve helps release the heat while the pressure reducing valve helps in controlling water temperature. There are two temperature/pressure gauges that help in proper monitoring of temperature and pressure levels.
HatcoPowermitePMG-100 has a blended phosphate water treatment system to ensure excellent water quality. All the plumbing is internally designed including the 3/4" pipe and fittings from inlet and outlet. The gas-fired heating system is controlled by close tolerance immersion thermostats. A high-temperature limit switch (ECO) and low water cut-off protect the booster. All controls are built-in and carry safety approval in accordance with ANSI 21.10.30. Sanitary approval that is in accordance with NSF Standard 5. Stainless steel adjustable legs provide maximum stability to the structure.
