The Nemco 55650 series Easy LettuceKutter isn't just for cutting lettuce - it's perfect to tackle all sorts of food prep cutting jobs. The sharp blades and handle design transfers more power into the pusher block, giving the freedom to cut a variety of fruits and vegetables. Interlocked blades nested in the frame don't suffer from flexing, which can damage the blades. Easily change out the pretensioned blade assemblies to choose from different slice sizes.
