The Nemco 57500-2 Easy Chopper has a 4-1/4" cutting area for big vegetables. This piece of equipment has a weighted ergonomic handle and super-sharp blades for easy training and use. This Easy Slicer has color-coded blade assemblies and push blocks for correct change-out. Cleaning is easy with this vegetable slicer and food don't stick with the stainless steel super sharp blades. This piece of equipment has a lightweight cast aluminum frame with nylon-based resin push blocks. The vegetable dicer is available in a variety of sizes (see drop down for selection) for your preference of thick or thin slicing. Guide rods, fixed to the fame with a Nylok® nut and easily removable on this color coded vegetable chopper. The square cut is perfect for all types of firm vegetables!
