This model has (12) molded-in rails with 1-1/2" spacing and holds up to six (6) full-sized pans. With an ability to retain heat for long hours without the requirement of electricity, making sure food is hot till the time of service. The food carrier is dishwasher safe and features a removable door for easy cleaning afterwards. Its side-loading design makes loading and unloading quick. There is a menu clip on the front side for labeling purposes. The unit comes with built-in seals that do not require gaskets for secure closure. You can choose from blue, grey, and brown colors.
