The True TOAM-48-HC Vertical Air Curtain Display Merchandiser is an open front display case that is perfect for keeping fresh salads, beverages, and sandwiches. The air curtain merchandiser features a thermometer installed on the interior along with safety shielded LED lighting. It has been designed using the highest quality material and components, giving users a system with colder product temperatures and lower utility costs. The exterior front and sides are made of durable and permanent non-peel or chip white vinyl while the back is made of aluminum in matching white color. The system blows a curtain of air down to the front of the unit to keep the cold air inside.
The lower front panel is made from durable and break-resistant plexiglass while the attractive stainless steel interior is NSF approved and has a white aluminum liner. The deck pans on the unit are also made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Ecomate, a high-density, polyurethane insulation has been used to foam-in-place the entire cabinet structure. The insulation has zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and zero global warming potential (GWP). The welded heavy-duty steel frame rail is black powder-coated for maximum corrosion resistance. The frame has been fitted with leg levelers. The sign panel on the exterior is illuminated for maximum visibility.

With an extra-large evaporator coil and condenser balanced with an 1-1/2 HP compressor, this unit is able to maintain cabinet temperatures from 35-degree Fahrenheit to 40-degree Fahrenheit. The off-cycle defrost system is time-initiated and time-terminated while the fan motors are tightly sealed, made of cast-iron, and are self-lubricating.
