Made of 18/10 stainless steel, the rondeau pan is built with a wide base and low walls that disperse steam quickly for searing large cuts of meat, while still retaining heat during long-term cooking. Its stainless steel handles are hollow and tubular for an ergonomic shape that also allows for a stay-cool feature. The tri-metal thermo-radiant base distributes heat evenly, and can be used with any type of cook top, including induction.
