The Traulsen G22100 is a G-Series two-section half-height door reach-in freezer designed to keep ingredients, snacks, and meals frozen and within easy reach in a restaurant, cafeteria, or bakery.
The reach-in freezer features 4 self-closing half doors with self-closing cam-lift hinges that stay open past 120°. The half-door design allows less air to escape when a door is opened, thus improving overall efficiency of the unit. All the doors have a field-reversible design that allows changing from right hinge to left hinge. The half-height doors let the user open just one at a time, which releases less cold air into the environment as compared to a single, full-size door. The horizontally-mounted, metal door handles offer a comfortable grip. The cabinet and doors are insulated with 2" thick, high-density, CFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for cold air retention. Each door opens to reveal (3) full-width, epoxy-coated wire shelves, mounted on shelf pins. These adjustable shelves allow user to help the staff properly organize and store maximum items.
Featuring a powerful self-contained, top-mounted refrigeration system, this two-section solid doors unit is designed for easy care and maintenance. It circulates environmentally-safe R-404a refrigerant and is powered by 3/4 HP compressor for high performance and efficiency. This model comes standard with an easy-to-use microprocessor control with LED temperature display to keep track of the temperature. The standard operating temperature is 0°F to -5°F and can be adjusted to operate as low as -10°F in a 90°F or less ambient.
