The ScrapMaster is a scrapping, pre-flushing and disposing system all in one. Recirculated water used by the system for pre-flushing will reduce sewer costs by thousands of dollars per year. Consumes only 7 gallons of new water per minute while heavy pre-flushing plume recirculates at a 30 gallon rate. Allows dried or baked-on food to soak in scrap basin while scrapping process continues allowing for up to double the scrapping speed. Accepts all soiled tableware, school trays, pots, pans and up to 26" sheet pans. Ideal for high volume restaurants, schools and hospitals.
