The San Jamar RCU128 Rapi-Kool Cooling Paddle is a food cooler that has a unique fin design that increases surface area. The cooling paddle cools soups, stews, chili, and other hot liquids from the inside-out that allows for quick, even cooling. Even cooling is important because it prevents harmful bacteria from growing while the food sits in adverse temperature ranges.
The paddle is constructed of polycarbonate, a durable, plastic that is safe to use in food. The RCU128 cooling paddle is dishwasher safe which eases the cleaning and sanitizing process.
