Designed to assemble fresh, crisp salads and sandwiches easily, the Turbo Air TST-72SD-N Sandwich Prep Table is a super-deluxe commercial kitchen unit that is equipped with a 9-1/2" wide cutting board. A top rail is provided with eighteen (18) 1/6" size, 4" deep condiment food pans and total storage space of up to 19 cu. ft. This unit will help the users keep their refrigerated ingredients close by while making sandwiches. There is storage space beneath the rail which can be accessed through three (3) ergonomically designed doors. For organized storage, the unit has three (3) stainless steel shelves that will not peel over time like the PVD-coated shelves.
Turbo Air TST-72SD-N has bright LED lighting that illuminates the interior for maximum visibility of contents stored inside. The stainless steel interior has galvanized steel back, back grill, and bottom. The entire cabinet is fully insulated with foamed-in-place, high-density, CFC-free insulation for consistent temperature retaining. An innovative cold air compartment keeps the temperatures even while isolating the pans from the compartment area to prevent food spillage. Using the forced-air system, the unit directs the air around the pan rail for superior temperature retention. The product temperature is maintained between 33°F and 39°F. The 1/4 HP compressor motor uses the R290 refrigerant that is environmentally-friendly.
The external digital temperature controls on this table make monitoring easier for users. For easy maintenance, the self-cleaning condenser system conducts automatic cleaning cycles by moving a rotating brush up and down across its surface two to three times a day. A pack of four (4) 4" swivel casters are included with the unit to allow easy maneuverability. It requires a 115V electrical connection to function effectively.
